The large ground floor resident’s lounge has been formed to give the feeling and ambience of luxury.

Lots of facilities are aimed at the busy resident to just to relax in after a busy day, to relax in the cinema, all these within one space within the building you live in.

The cinema is similar, it can be booked as and when required.
